Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which really impressed me with its clean facilities and relaxing atmosphere. The manager, Ella, made our experience truly enjoyable with her attentive service. The pool and jacuzzis were fantastic, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a great spot for a weekend escape, though some improvements in facilities could enhance the experience even further.
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were outdated and not clean, which was a major turnoff. The area felt unsafe and the amenities were lacking, making it hard to enjoy my time there. I definitely felt like I overpaid for what I received, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.
The hotel has some potential, especially given the reasonable price point, but it feels like it's stuck in time and needs serious upgrades. While there were a few good aspects like the cleanliness of some areas and the spaciousness of the rooms, the facilities and service left much to be desired. The dining options were non-existent, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming at times.
I recently returned to this hotel after hearing about the positive changes, and I was pleasantly surprised. The new manager, Ella, has truly uplifted the place with her friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean, and the pool area was fantastic for relaxation. However, I've heard some past guests had disappointing experiences, suggesting there may still be inconsistencies. Overall, a significant improvement compared to a previous stay.
I stayed at this hotel during the Coachella Festival, and while it was the cheapest option available, I definitely regretted my choice. The rooms were outdated and not maintained well, and I didn't feel safe with the pool area's open gates. The service left a lot to be desired, and the overall experience was lackluster. It's clear that management needs to step up to improve this place.
